The individual should be expert and take full responsibility for the following

1. Complete knowledge of all major SHM research labs and professors in India and preferably globally
2. Identifying the best partners in the eco-system for particular research needs in SHM
3. Establishing formal relationships – MoU/NDA/IPR sharing/etc. and connecting SHM researchers to appropriate groups
4. Maintaining friendly ties in the eco-system, while the researchers co-work with their corresponding professors
5. Handling sensitive / confidential information carefully
6. Regular status reports to VerPro
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills
